These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and the developer of SaverPro ("the app") governing your use of the app. By installing or using SaverPro, you agree to these terms.
SaverPro is an independent, third-party app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.
SaverPro does not host, store, or distribute any media. It only helps you save WhatsApp status media to your own device (from a folder you grant access to) and download Instagram media you provide a link to. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to save, keep, and share anything you download — respect the copyright and privacy of others.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SaverPro on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
SaverPro is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad personalization and how to opt out.
SaverPro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or every WhatsApp/Instagram version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data or media.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time. These terms remain in effect until you stop using the app.
These terms are governed by applicable local law. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
